Embedded in the heart of KwaZulu-Natal, Cenprop was founded in 1983 in the capital city of Pietermaritzburg. In 1995, Cenprop Residential was established as a freestanding company that specialises in residential management. We currently service an abundant, diverse residential portfolio and tend to the everyday needs of over 1200 properties. Over the past 3 decades, we have constantly been striving for absolute excellence, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service and 'hands-on' experience.
